Hi doctors I got periods yesterday but no proper bleeding ,just have normal bleeding drop or 2 drops what's the reason

Do a urine pregnancy test if you are sexually active. If not or test is negative this could be due to stress. If this problem repeats, get an ultrasound,  thyroid profile and blood sugars.

There could be multiple reasons Pregnancy if you are sexually active Hormonal imbalance weight gain n lack of exercise Polycystic ovarian syndrome Deranged thyroid and prolactin levels

Please do a urine pregnancy test if you are sexually active Connect with whatever the result is If your not sexually active get a sonography done and connect with the report
