Almost every mensuration cycle on first day I get severe stomach and back pain. Its always starts with going multiple times to motion and vomiting. After that I won't have energy to bear the pain.my entire body becomes cold and I faint. I try to lay back on cold surface to balance out the pain. But happening this often is not good sign.want to know the reason and why this happens. And how to prevent it
