I had Ipill the previous month but my periods came on expected date it was normal period but this month my periods came on usual date but flow is slight heavy it's normal or it's a concern of worry

It’s not due to I pill If heavy flow persists in next cycle also then hormonal evaluation and ultrasound should be done

The heavy  flow is unrelated to the IPilL that you took the last month get an ultrasound done to find out the reason
