Menstruation problem

I underwent Proctocolectomy+Ileal Pouch Anal Anastomosis+loop Ileostomy(open surgery) on 01/11/2019,ileostomy closure+Adhesiolysis (Open surgery)was done on 25/01/2020.Since January I have been facing problems in menstruation,not having proper menstruation since last 6 months,white discharge is there,USG report normal..In MRI report it's written,uterus displaced to right side of pelvis,otherwise normal in morphology and size and it also mentions about adhesions in pelvic region..I feel a sort of heaviness in lower abdomen..Are my problems due to entities in the report??Kindly reply
