I can understand your concern.
Your problem could be because of stress/ hormonal imbalances/ PCOD etc.
Have you noticed any weight gain recently?
Kindly consult a gynaecologist in person, get a ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis,
thyroid profile.
She should examine you and then she will be able to say what's wrong and then treat accordingly.
Have food at regular intervals, do yoga/pranayama/ meditation to tackle stress.
Avoid smoking.
