Menstruation issues
From last 6 months I am having light spotting during ovulation period and also before 1-3days before periods and after.
Period lasts for only 2 days(out of which normal bleeding in only on the first day)
Extreme PMS ( consistent mild acne throughout, headache and green stools on the first day and LOW BP and cramps as well)
Periods are usually regular (26days cycle approx)
Also,from last 3 months I am having trouble sleeping, I wake up exactly 3-4hours of sleep

you need to do an ultrasound pelvis to rule out Polycystic ovary syndrome...
also you need to get done baseline investigations like TSH, prolactin ,fasting blood sugar, fsh and LH
