Hi, I got my period early this month within 21 days. There were large blood clots. It never happened before. Is there any internal issue or something?

If your bleeding has stopped then you should wait for the next period. It may be normal and no treatment may be required. If you are still bleeding then you should consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination and further management.
