Hello Doctor, I am married. Although my menstrual cycle is regular but from last two - three months I am facing weird problem. Before 2 days of my normal cycle, I got some bleeding spots. After 48 hours actual bleeding starts for 4-5 days. So what's the reason to get blood spots before the cycle?
