My regular cycle is 30 days. Every month 2-3 days before bleeding, my body weakens. I get fever, cold, cough and sometimes numbness in hands or legs Every month! Please suggest some treatment or medicines. Can you tell me the cause

You are hvng prementrual symptoms.. you can try natural remedies like increasing antioxidants in your diet in the form of soyabean , green tea etc.. If no releif you can be hormonal medications
