Just diagnosed of PCOS last 2 months , menstrual period came 4 days early . On 1st day , heavy flow with black color blood (unsual color)  . Moderate period cramp . On 2nd day of period ,total absent of blood , no period cramp , no vaginal discharge . Patient currently taking inositol hormonal supplement from pharmacy and it is not prescribed by a doctor . Taking alcohol a day before getting period .
