Menstrual cycle

I am a girl, 22 I always got irregular menstrual cycle from the start. but 7 months back it stopped and 3 months ago I started getting bleeding . This is continuing till today and I get thin blood in very low quantity type of bleeding. I dont suffer from any other problem. I have been taking ayurvedic medicine
