Menstrual cycle disturbed

I didn't get my periods from last 2 months...I have done UPT and it's negative.. I am not pregnant. I have PCOD and taking pills regesterone for withdrawal every month.but this time I didn't take any pills and wait for periods to come naturally. I want to concieve and for that need to know the days of cycle but period won't come...please help me. Do I need to take pills or should I wait... thanks in advance
