My wife menstrual cycle come 2nd time in 15 days, her himoglobin also have around 8mlg and weight have around 40kg, can have its a serious issue regarding her health, please suggest me what I have do in this case

Yes if she ll go on bleeding so frequently she ll hv anemia. U need to find out the cause of this. Do a urine pregnancy test and an ultrasound as baseline. Other causes cn be thyroid disorders , fibroids, polyps , ovarian cysts ,pcos etc
