Menstrual cycle and anal bleeding

I'm 21 and for the past few months i have experienced blood on my toilet paper just few days before my period. Although it is very little bleeding and does not leave any spot on the clothes. I do not have any kind of pain or digestion problems. I have not been involved in any sexual activity ever. I'm really worried what this could be about

It can be a haemorrhoid . Are you constipated? Please get yourself examined.
