How do we decide the size of a menstrual cup? With regards to the flow as well as any other things that we need to consider. Kiny suggest.

Hi! The choice of the cup should be made based on what fits you comfortably. The amount of blood collected is almost standard in all size. If u hav heavy flow days you gotta change within 4 hrs instead of the usuall 6 hrs
