2 months that i dont have menstration but there are times that my lower abdomen will ache but sometimes are not

At your age the hypothalamic pituitary ovarian axis may not yet be mature so irregular periods can be expected. However even after 16 yrs age if this pattern continues then get yourself investigated for the same

Are you sexually active if yes then confirm for pregnancy.If not then this is hormonal imbalance or may be hypothyroidism..Get the medicine for withdrawal.
