Menorrhagia since menarche , regular cycles with anemia . Past h/o Anemia with Hb 7, treated . Subclinical hypothyroidism. No family history bleeding disorder

Normally soon after menarche there will be pblm in menstural cycles It takes 2 years to get corrected But when bleeding is heavy needs to rule out coagulation disorders Needs to do some tests Connect to get more information
