Grade 1 meniscus tear since 9 months and not improving... Did physiotherapy for a month and continue ...will this going to improve or not ?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep a  pillow under the knee. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water/ Gel pac . After 9 months the MRI picture will get changed mostly . Either it should have healed or may advanced . You may need lifestyle modification also to not give load on your menisci
