Memory problem

Hi I am facing some severe memory loss, it's hard for me to memorise a number especially even the 2 digits after a point. I can't keep track of points discussed in a meeting, I forget the dates on which a task is assigned, recalling a conversation which is 2-3 days old is such a tough task for me. In short, I just can't recall the things which just happened few hours back! Problem with numbers is very severe. Please suggest if these symptoms points to a disease.

Hi, I need some more details like do you have only memory problem or is there any symptoms of depression/ anxiety like low mood, lack of interest in usually pleasurable things ,sleep problems ,worries , stressors, etc.. With provided information it is difficult to say any problems bcz forgetfulness usually occurs later age not in 30s or 40s unless it is secondary to some other psychiatric or medical causes. Better to consult nearby good psychiatrist or give details of any other problems other than memory ,I can help you.
