I wish to find a medicine for my severe memory loss (short & Long) with no side effects without having to visit a psychiatrist i don't suffer from any chronic diseases.. and i'm 21yo

Memory loss can mean different things to different people and can occur for many reasons depending on the individuals age. It would be prudent to consult physician, if not Psychiatrist to discuss possible causes and appropriate treatment/help. Best wishes.
