My mother is dealing with insomnia and depression for past 7 years she is also taking medicine called valium 10mg for sleeping but now she is lossing some memory ...cant remember small thing like name ...which day...keep forgeting small thing ...nd have severe body pain in the morning after wake up . What should i do ? Please advise some medication how to deal with memory loss nd body pain...
