My uncle is facing problem of memory loss from today noon, and it's all of sudden, he is diabetic, already 8 years back he gone through bypass surgery, currently he had ophthalmic diabetic problem, and taking treatment like injection n laser, , he is also facing problem regarding the confusion in walking, pls confirm whom we should consult
