Memory and retention problems

Hello, I am suffering from poor memory retention. I forget names and faces very easily, even the people I work with. Recollecting stuff is also difficult, and I constantly forget meanings of some words. My vit B12 was found to be very low (95), after which i took injections that sent it above 2000. But it hasnt improved my condition. Pls help.
