Is melatonin extended release Good or bad for sleep cycles both types?and good for memory consolidation? Background, I am going to night shift job So during job I can study preparing for Government exam job ,during day I try to sleep, but I am Only sleeping for 3hours average Because my family keeps talking I am thinking about using melatonin extended release. Is it perfect for my situation or Not? For sleep cycles and memory consolidation

It's a good medication which can be taken if the atmosphere supportive but if there is noise in surrounding then it will be an issue.
