Hello mam Attached photo Am having melasma on face and nose dark spotits increasing since 3 yrs .as of now I never taken any tablets just taken glycolic 6% cream and spf 40 as per doctor advice but taken only 1 month and leaved. But now I want natural cure and any medicine pls tell I can't connect online Can I take Omega 1000 fish oil capsul pls tell if yes . Thanks
