Dear sir May I know why melasma happens.. am having melasma on face like cheeks and nose since 2 years sometimes it becomes dark and sometimes become light .. Some of saying it's related due to less calcium in body is it real pls advice if yes .. And am feeling very very bad in front of people while even going on functions also becoz of melasma on face pls advice reaons and any cream. Attached my face photo and pls share tips home remedies any  Thanks
