Melasma problem

After pregnancy I noticed  some dark patches on my nose and cheeks. I have used kojitin gel and melapik cream. I am using tonen glo face wash regularly but still those patches are not fading completely. They are still visible. Can u pls suggest me some other medications. I am a breastfeeding mother.
