Melasma is pigmented disorder which occurs due to chronic sun exposure and can get aggravated with hormonal undercurrent.. Although many therapies are available for treatment such as skin depigmenting creams, oral medicines, chemical peels and laser toning.. they can control the melasma.. Treatment choice is based on type of melasma based on location of pigmentation inside the skin.. improvement takes time... Get a direct consultation for proper guidance on management.. Meanwhile continue sunprotection
