Does this look like melanoma? Had the mole for almost 3 years, dark spot appeared a few months ago after I accidently scratched the mole and made it scab. 3mm, doesn't itch, or hurt, doesn't seem to have changed shape or grow, no family history of skin cancer.

It doesn't look like the melanoma based on the history you provided. However ,it should be biopsied if you notice increase in size ,change in colour,etc. It's always better to consult a dermatologist
