When should medroxyprogesterone should ideally be taken ? Which day of the menstrual cycle and if it's taken on random days, will it cause any issues? May i know the impact of taking medroxyprogesterone on different days of the cycle. How will it impact?

Can't take randomly.  Cause spotting or irregular bleeding.

Medroxyprogesterone acetate or MPA is a hormone . Should not be taken on random days , will cause irregular bleeding. Mostly given to delay periods .
