Medroxyprogesterone
I was diagnosed with pcos. Got my last period on 19 January. Started taking medroxyprogesterone from 29th January as per my doctor's instructions. I was spotting on 9th Feb and on 17th February. Today is 24th February I've not gotten my periods yet. Periods were supposed to come on 19 again so that the my doctor could start the birth control pills for treatment of pcos. I haven't got my periods yet. I took 10 tablets of medroxyprogesterone, stopped taking on 7. I've not got my periods yet. Why is that?

Once you stop taking medroxy progesterone you should get your periods within 10 days of the last dose
if not you would require pregnancy test
