Medicines in IVF

My wife is undergoing IVF treatment. Our doctor has advised the following medicines: Miprogen 200 capsules, Progynova tablets and Duphaston tablets. Please advise if the above medicines are safe to use. I have read that the above medicines have adverse effects on pregnancy.
