Imodium, Carbocistine, Brufen , all are contraindicated in early pregnancy. But the point is how many tablets of all these medicines you could have taken. One or two tablets may create problems as an allergic response. The tests like Double marker or Triple marker will not pick up any abnormality , if at all your child has developed any. In short you can't know about the effect of all these medicines on the embryo for a very long time. Now you have to take a call ; if you want you can have an MTP, or if you want you can take a risk. My personal opinion is that chances of your pregnancy being affected are very very low.

You have already taken the tablets so it's effect can't be reversed. Get a dual marker and nt NB scan done.
