My son is 3 months 21 days old. He has skin rashes n cold ,can i give him atm 100 medicine? He gets cough early morning .

Skin rash may be viral exanthematous rash. ATM 100 is not causing any allergic reaction. Go to nearby pediatric specialist for experts opinion and treatment
