Antidepressants zlike paroxetine correct the Neuro chemical imbalance seen in the brain of someone suffering from mood disorders or OCD. Therefore correction of symptoms requires a certain dose. Stopping medications suddenly without consulting your treating doctor could result in withdrawal symptoms like tremors, sweating nausea etc which are usually dose related. Hi, both medicines are very safe and can be continued. However,  paroxetine do  have mild sedative action and some patients  may experience drowsiness  or heaviness  of head when medication is taken in the morning hours.In case  you experience any  drowsiness you can consider taking it in the evening along with clonazepam or else continue as advised by your doctor.
