Hello dear mother,
First No the medication can pass through the breast milk hence it is not safe.
Second your baby is 22 month old you need to STOP breastfeeding.
Breastfeeding only till 1 year of age.
So, you should take the tablets for your illness as it is beneficial for that, and stop breastfeeding your baby as it is neither helping you nor your baby anymore.
