My mother 53 yrs tested COVID positive on 12th Jan , she had mild symptoms and completed the 5 day course of clavam 625 and cheston cold . She is fine now spo2 normal she is having controlled blood sugar and BP. Does she need to continue any other medicine like montair LC . After how many days she will end her isolation.

If she has running nose and cold symptoms , she can continue montair lc for 3 more days . If she is asymptomatic , there is no need. Once her symptoms get down , without fever and stopped paracetamol 3 days back, she can end her isolation

Considering no more symptoms. She can end isolation on 3 or 4th day after last symptoms or 7 days from positive rtpcr
