My Thyroid level is normal, migraine only, no other health problems, I want to loss my weight 64 instead of 75, I tried some excersise at home, but no use, so I wish take tablet to reduce my weight, pls suggest me

Don't take supplements for reducing weight . Weight reduction should be scientific way . Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . Add lots of water . Avoid oily and fried food ,fast food,preservative food .
