Medicine for hypothyroidism

Dear sir /Madam, I was diagnosed as hypothyroidism during pregnancy and was taking tab thyroxine 75mcg. After delivery I continued to take medicine for few months, then stopped taking the medication. Now my thyroid report shows free t4, 1. 19ng/dl and tsh 3.54 uIU/ml. I looks thin and not having any symptoms. Am I need to take the previous medicine. Kindly reply me.. Thanking you Elizabeth
