You can give paracetamol syp for fever and cetirizine syp for cold

For Fever we will need weight to prescribe the doses .For cold please use nasoclear drop initially for nose block ,if sever may need antihistamine

Good evening Dosage in children is based on weight of baby hence weight is must. For a baby 1.5 yr old, assuming weight 10-12 kg you can safely give 3 ml syp crocin DS or calpol 250 syrup. Temperature charting/monitoring is very important in young kids. For cold better to wait and watch and give medicine only if baby is uncomfortable. Hope it helps.
