Can i take pyrigesic 650 medicine for fever during breastfeeding ? Is it safe during breastfeeding? Please guide

definitely you can take and it is safe. you can take tablet paracetamol 650 mg for pain as well as for fever paracetamol can be taken maximum four times per day and it has to be taken after some amount of food the pain or fever doesn't resolve then it is advisable that you should visit the doctor
