I want to start calcium intake because i have weak bones. I'm starting to take Dailycal HD but not sure of the strength per tablet. I need to know right dosage for this medicine! Once or twice per day because it has calcium carbonate which should be taken with food but not sure if it should be taken once or twice! Please assist!

Rx - TAB VITAMIN D, 4000 IU, od × 3 days. - TAB CALCIUM,  400 mg, bid × 3 days.     DrPBM. Take a glass of milk daily. Do Calcium total.
