My vitamind D and B12 was quite low 2 months back so i was taking Gerliv, Vitacover Gold, Mega-OS daily and C-bone sachet twice a week. Now Vitamin D level is 22 whuch as 6 earlier. I need an advise if it require any cjange of medicine if no then. Can someone suggest some substitute for Gerliv, Vitacover Gold and Mega-os in powder or.liquid form.Medicine pictured attached for reference.
