I am early in my pregnancy and doctor has prescribed me progesterone sustained release tablets and doxylamine succinate,pyridoxine hydrochloride and folic acid tablets. Can anyone please help me in knowing why this medicine has been prescribed. I have checked my pregnancy through urine test kit.

Reason for progesterone? Needs to be checked with the treating dr Any history of abortion in the past? Any history of bleeding in the initial weeks Conception after treatment? If no U don't need progesterone Doxylamine is for vomitting Folic acid to prevent congenital malformations
