A small overlap in folate, B12 and vitamin B6 between two prenatal supplements is common, since many combinations share these ingredients. Folate and B12 have a wide margin of safety in pregnancy, and your combined intake is still within the range doctors commonly prescribe.
Next Steps
Carry both supplement boxes to your doctor at your next visit so she can see the exact labels together, since that will settle the confusion about whether Supracal has folate in it. There is no need to stop either one on your own before then.
Health Tips
If you notice tingling, numbness or any new symptoms after starting these, please mention it to your obstetrician right away.
