Medication change for diabetics

I was tested with sugar levels of 273(fasting) and 347(post food). I am taking Diametron in the morning and Glycomet in the evening.I am checking the sugar levels now regularly at home and is around 95(fasting) and 135(post food)...Should I change or stop the medicine now.

Your sugars are controlled now because of medicines at present plz don't stop them abruptly otherwise it will again increase..!!

Your sugars controlled since u taking tablets. If u stop medications again sugars will again increase and all ur symptoms of hyperglycaemia will increase in short term and in long term u will have all the micro vascular and macro vascular complications like damage to eyes kidneys, nerves,m and heart.
