Pain Killers are not harmful in cases of medical abortion in fact apart from reducing pain they help in reducing the inflammation too ..so if you are undergoing a medical abortion you can definitely take painkillers

No if pain is unbearable then you have to take pain killer.It does not effect on future pregnancy.After 5-7 days of bleeding get done ultrasonography to know the process has completed or not.
