MDR TB lymph node

If the patient was treated with MDR previously nearly about 1.5 years with pulmonary tb, but now also infected with lymph node tb, is it possiblity of again MDR?

There is a possibility present. It all depends upon the sensitivity of the drugs,regular usage,any co morbidities and pts immunity.
