I just want to know that, do masturbating daily is harmful for health or not? & do it causes hemorrhoids?

Hi Anything in excess is harmful. Haemorrhoids are usually the result of constipation, lack of proper exercise & food & sitting and driving for long hours. Mastrubation will not cause haemorrhoids
