Dear Doctor Does wearing a mask and cycling or walking fast causes lung infection or lung problems or is it good for lungs to be considered an exercise since we have to put more effort to breathe when wearing mask??

Exercises are good for lungs as they are for other systems. Wearing a mask while doing strenuous exercises may be exhausting.
